Overall, it was a comfortable stay, but some improvements could be made.

The service was really good, especially in the Executive Lounge, where Marjo Entico and Tim made me feel welcome after long workdays. While the hotel is ideally located near Orchard Road, I found some minor issues with pricing and the swimming pool being crowded at times. Overall, I appreciated the comfortable atmosphere and would gladly return in the future.
